Shipping policy

At MARAVILLOSA Active, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. Here’s what you can expect from our shipping process:

📦 Processing Time
    •    All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
    •    During high-volume periods (like new drops or special promos), processing may take an extra day or two — but we promise it’s worth the wait!

🌎 Shipping Options & Rates
    •    Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
    •    Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days
    •    Local Pickup: Available at select locations (if applicable)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected delivery method.

📬 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your MARAVILLOSA gear every step of the way.

🚫 Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.

❗ Delays

MARAVILLOSA Active is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or customs (for international orders).
